Void Bets

Bunos reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• A technical error occurred during the game round that materially affected the outcome.
• The bet was placed after the relevant game round had already commenced.
• The bet was placed using funds that were obtained through bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering activity.
• An obvious pricing error was published on the Bunos platform.

Sports Betting Rules

Nothing in these Terms limits Bunos's liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

You may close your Bunos account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Bunos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Regulatory requirements or court orders requiring the account to be closed.
